With a basic Membership an annual physical with the labs appropriate for health screening and maintenance for your age, gender, personal history and family medical history is offered at no additional charge. You have same day access to your doctor for any health concern during business hours and for urgent health concerns anytime. For members there is a $20 scheduling fee for additional office visits.
Members also enjoy significant discounts on labs and services
Family is Important so the spouse of a member living in the same household is $60/month and each child under the age of 26 and living in the household is $25/month.
Comprehensive Plan
$100/month
This is a great option for anyone with a chronic medical condition that requires regular followup like diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, and depression. There is no additional charge for the annual exam and labs appropriate for health screening. There is no extra charge for quarterly follow up visits. Comprehensive plan members also enjoy discounts for labs, tests and procedures.
For Comprehensive Plan Members house calls (if necessary) are available by appointment for $20 plus $10/mile from the office to your house and back to the office.
